As a part of the ownership transfer of Tikchik Narrows Lodge, the Buyers needed to purchase the three De Havilland Beavers and one Cessna 206 in the form of an asset sale for entity organization, depreciation recapture, and liability insulation. Working closely with attorneys for the parties and the aircraft title company we were able to convey clear title in a deal that set Tikchik Narrows up for its next legacy of ownership.

Congrats to Bud Hodson on his well deserved retirement after 36 years as a pioneering force in the Wood-Tikchik State Park. Bud will be missed by clients, staff, and the Bristol Bay region. His not only leaves a legacy in the fly-out lodge but made south central Alaska better through Alaska fisheries management, coast guard guide licensing, and the Bristol Bay Heritage Land Trust.
