Additionally, there are dedicated facilities for storaging waders and boots, a storage shop with a food room, and separate laundry facilities for both guests and staff to ensure all linens and towels are fresh and clean. Dedicated staff laundry and shower facilities help maintain their comfort and hygiene. Guests can relax in hot tubs, either in a grove of ancient trees or on the deck with panoramic views of Warm Springs Bay and surrounding mountain peaks.

These include Department of Natural Resources (DNR) permits for tide land leases for the dock, allowing for extensive use of the surrounding waterways, and permitted access to U.S. Forest Service lands. Additionally, the lodge possesses Charter Halibut Permits (CHPs), which are extremely valuable and hard to obtain. These CHPs continue to accrue value over time and enable the lodge to offer charter fishing services, further enhancing the guest experience and the lodge's profitability.
